Frequently Asked Questions
Why do you use organic cotton?
Many products contain thousands of untested and unregulated chemicals, many of which are known carcinogens or pose other health risks. Opting for GOTS certified organic products significantly reduces exposure to harmful substances for our loved ones.
Organic cotton is gentle on babies' delicate skin and less likely to trigger allergic reactions.
How do you ensure that your products are organic?
What distinguishes our organic offerings is our commitment to stringent standards.
To guarantee the authenticity of our organic cotton, we collaborate with a supplier who is certified by Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS™). This certification ensures a universal benchmark for organic fabrics—from the cultivation of raw materials to responsible manufacturing and labeling practices.
Where are your products made?
Our products are thoughtfully designed in Vancouver, Canada and ethically crafted in India. Each item reflects our dedication to sustainability, quality, and comfort.
Why you dont manufacture in Canada?
We’re deeply committed to making organic clothing, and it makes a lot of economical and environmental sense for our clothing to be made where our organic cotton is harvested. The vast majority of all organic cotton is grown and harvested in India, making it sustainable for us to produce our organic clothing there.
What is GOTS certification?
The Global Organic Textile Standard (GOTS) stands as the foremost global benchmark for processing organic fibers, encompassing rigorous ecological and social criteria. Independently certified, it verifies the integrity of the entire textile supply chain. We uphold and surpass these exacting standards to ensure our commitment to quality and sustainability."
Why dont you use Bamboo fabric?
Bamboo fabric, often labeled as rayon from bamboo, is not inherently natural or eco-friendly. The production process involves chemicals like sodium hydroxide and carbon disulfide, which can pose risks to both human health and the environment.
These chemicals are used to break down bamboo fibers into pulp, which is then processed into fabric. While bamboo-derived fabrics can be soft and comfortable, they may not be ideal for sensitive baby skin
